Panels shall be constructed of 2" urethane foam of 3.7 Lb. per cubic foot density cemented to 7/16" OSB backing.
Vinyl covering shall be mildew and rot resistant and treated with an infection combating fungicide. Cover shall be listed as flame retardant by the Califiornia State Fire marshall according to method 5603 which is comparable to UL-214 and NFPA-701(registered fabric # F-140). Cover shall have a tear strength of 400 PSI.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Plywood: 1/2" plywood can be substituted for 7/16". Fire retardant plywood can also be substituted.
Foam: Bonded 6Lb. or Ethafoam can be subsitututed.
Fire retardant materials: Vonar II fire retardant interliner. Vonar is a Dupont trademark developed to reduce the likelihood of ignition of cushioning materials.
Code Red II Foam: Combustion suppressant foam can be substituted if codes require.
